A Helpful Hint To A Fuller Life...

Make time for things you enjoy. Understand the power of saying 'no'.

About Us

For many women, the menopause coincides with a time of great upheaval in their lives.

We can be faced with a wide range of difficult situations such as empty nesting, aging parents, illness, divorce, bereavement and changes in work and career. Fluctuating hormones, which play havoc with our emotions and our physical well being, can make coping even more challenging.

However, if we don’t take care of ourselves, we won’t be able to take care of our loved ones for long. Instead, we could decide to look at the menopause as an opportunity - a chance to re-evaluate our approach to ourselves and to life; a time to decide how we want to spend our time and energies.

Not Done Yet is really about you. It is a virtual space where you can share your stories of the menopause with other women. It’s a place to ask questions and learn about other women’s experiences and solutions. Our intention is to create an extensive online community of women who can offer each other support and understanding at a time when we feel vulnerable and misunderstood.

The topics and articles featured on Not Done Yet are driven by the issues and concerns raised by you on the Forum/Tea Room.
